FASCIA - CIRCO EL PICADERO
.jpg)
FASCIA is a stage research project produced by 3030 Producciones and staged by the company El Picadero. Written and directed by Patricia Dalmás (with associate direction by Virginia Alonso and Sebastián Báez), the work proposes a theatrical reflection on the body and the discourses that constitute it, exploring the tensions surrounding perceptions, boundaries, and forms of bodily identity. The piece runs approximately 50 minutes and has been programmed in venues such as Sala Verdi and the Montevideo Arts Festival (2022). Executive production was handled by Virginia Caputi / 3030 Producciones. Lighting, costume, and rigging professionals, listed in the technical specifications available in the official program, participated in the production.
FASCIA presents itself as an interdisciplinary project that combines physical theatre, visual arts and performer work to explore “where does the truth of a body lie?” —a question that runs through the dramaturgy and aesthetic decisions of the production.
